How it works

We source the best deals for our club members, conduct due diligence, and structure the deal. We gather commitments from interested investors before the deadline — no formalities required at this stage.

Once commitments are in, we’ll onboard angels onto the SPV platform. After onboarding, angels can transfer funds directly to the SPV (we don’t handle investor funds for transparency and security).
chANGELS takes a fee starting from 2%, depending on the exclusivity of the deal, and the platform charges an additional 2% for SPV creation and deal structuring, plus 20% carry on profits.

After investing, we’ll provide regular updates on the startup’s progress until the liquidity event (likely an exit via sale to a strategic investor).
